I am a thriving graphic artist from Long Island New York and
I look forward to grow professionally in all areas possible.
Since graduating SUNY Farmingdale State College in 2014,
with a Bachelors Degree in Visual Communications, I have had a vast amount of work experience with established companies. These companies include, Lacrosse Unlimited, Be* Marketing, and Olympic Den Sporting Goods.
My first professional opportunity was with Be* Marketing, where I was a freelance graphic artist, solely responsible for the design, layout, and production of the following advertising campaigns:
• Suffolk County Police Dept. “ Be a Hero”
• Hackensack Institute “ Life Isn’t Replaceable”
Secondly, at Olympic Den Sporting Goods, I specialized in custom team apparel design. During this time as graphic designer I utilized printing methods such as, sublimation press, silk screen press, and heat press productions. As the only in-house graphic designer I was solely responsible for judging scale and color outputs for the final productions.
Lastly, at Lacrosse Unlimited I was graphic designer/ production manager for the in-house sublimation press, as well as the digital color separations needed for screen printing. During this time of employment I really tuned up my knowledge on CMYK/RGB values and how they portray differently according to the medium the client decides on using.
In addition to designing and managing productions at Olympic Den and Lacrosse Unlimited, I was responsible for dealing with clients first hand. This resulted in clear communication and note taking, in determination to develop the best visual concept for the client possible.
